Refunds - Cancellations for medical reasons with a valid doctor’s note will be given a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. No other refunds are given unless PLAYSOCCER™ cancel a program. All refunds for summer camps will be issued after September 1st.

If you would prefer to mail in a check and your application form please click on the link below. You must have adobe, print, complete, and mail with a check to the address on the form. Please remember to include your child's health form with your application.
All PLAYSOCCER™ CAMPS must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Health (105 CMR 430.000), and be licensed by the city/town board of health. Information on 105 CMR 430.000 can be obtained at (617) 983-6761.

PLAYSOCCER™ informs parents at the time of sign in that they may request copies of background checks, health care and discipline policies as well as procedures for filing grievances.
